Here you will find all the latest Agendas for our council meetings. If there is anything specific you are searching for which isn’t included here, please get in contact and we’ll do our very best to provide you with the information or at the very least, point you in the right direction.

The meetings are open to the public and are currently held at St Andrew’s Church in Stainland. If you would like to attend, please check the dates in each meeting agenda and pop along to the meeting. We would encourage you to  contact the Clerk beforehand, so we know how many people are coming and, if you can explain what you would like to raise, we’ll be better prepared to give a substantive answer.  We look forward to seeing you there.

Each meeting has a 15 minute “Public Participation” slot early on the agenda. This time is allocated for residents to speak to councillors on any matter of local concern.
